You know, there are so much tips about how to lose weight. Maybe, all of those tips are good. But not all of that tips are work out for you. Different people means different way to lose weight. But, you can always lose your weight with this 4 habits.  Hope this tips can change your habits and lose more weight. 

1. Make your "me time" , everyday

If you are a busy person, change your habits and make a " me time" everyday. "Me time" means, that you have a quality time, and make yourself feel relax and happy inside. Even if you are under a strees situation, just forgot about it for a while. Do you know, that stress can make mess up your effort to lose weight. So, dont be stress. Just be happy and relax with "me time" everyday.

2. Do an exercises as much as possible
There are two biggest wrong perception about how to lose weight with exercises. The first one is, if you want to lose weight, you have to exercises within 30 or 60 minutes everyday. Anda the second perception is, you just have to exercise in a short time but with high intensity.

That two perception are wrong. You can do exercise anytime, and everywhere. Just do an exercise as much as possible. If you can go cycling around your house, just do it and end up until you feel enough. Every little exercise, if you do it as much as you can, can be much effective to lose your weight.

3. Drink more water
Do you know, that drinking more mineral water can reduce the amount of foods that you eat. That mean, the number of your calories also decrease. With a litte calories on body, you can lose more weight everyday. 

More than just it, drink a mineral water also can make you stay away from high calorie beverages. Such as, soda, coffee and a bottle fruit juice. Make this activity as your habits, drink more mineral water everytime you can. So, you can lose more weight by having this habits.


4. Focus on what you want to eat

You better focus on what you want to eat, not what food you have to avoid. For exemple, you better focus on how to prepare more vegetables on your plate before eat, than thinking how to avoid fats and carbohydrates while eat. All you need are, eat more vegetables and fruit, then reduce your rice portion. Do this slowly, as your habits. And reduce more rice on the next day.
